Pin your location to help Bonga Nasi Care Services identify nearby eligible handlers/partners for dispatch.

CBD Service Fee: KSh 300 for qualifying Assist, Delivery and Navigation tasks within Nairobi Central Business District (CBD) that take no more than 1 hour 30 minutes. For locations outside the CBD, the task is reviewed and a quotation is provided before service begins. Transport, parking, purchases and other logistical costs are separate from the KSh 300 service fee and are communicated in advance.

I may need to upload proof that the handler must show on their phone only. Bonga Nasi Care Services will provide view-only access for the assigned handler.

Service coordination

Direct fixed-price services do not require staff quotation or approval. After DEMO payment, eligible approved and available handlers registered for the service receive the job for first acceptance. Requests that need a quotation are reviewed first.

Payments are currently in DEMO mode. Live payments are disabled while testing.

A request becomes an assignment after any required quotation is accepted, DEMO payment is recorded, and an eligible handler accepts. Public pages do not display the internal pricing schedule. Payment availability →

Fixed-price requests go directly to DEMO payment; quote requests are reviewed first.

After payment, eligible approved and available handlers registered for the service receive the job.

The first eligible handler to accept is assigned.

You receive the assignment and handler details.

Track progress and receive updates while the handler works.

Completion proof is shared when required.
