Create a customer account and share the service, location, timing and instructions.
02 · Confirm the price and payment
Eligible fixed-price services go directly to payment without a quotation or staff approval step. Other tasks need an agreed quotation before payment. During DEMO testing, use only the labelled simulated payment option; no real money moves.
03 · Follow your assignment
After the required payment, eligible direct services are offered to available approved handlers in the matching category. The first eligible acceptance secures the assignment. Sign in for updates, shared location check-ins when available, completion proof and support.
04 · Let us know how it went
Review the completion update, confirm the service and leave feedback. Report a concern through your account whenever you need help.
