Information you provide

We collect account name, email, phone number, service requests, support messages, task progress and feedback. We store a protected password hash rather than your password. Handlers and partners may provide identity and suitability documents for onboarding. Location coordinates are optional and requested only when you choose to share them.

How we use it

We use this information to manage accounts, review applications, coordinate requested services, communicate updates, handle concerns and protect the service from misuse. We do not collect payment-card details in this release.

Who can access it

Authorized Bonga Nasi staff review operational records. Customers see their own tasks and messages. Approved providers see assigned work. Collection proof is accessible to the assigned provider for one hour after upload. Hosting and communication providers process information needed to provide their services. Selecting WhatsApp opens a separate service with its own privacy terms.

Private documents

Verification files are kept outside the public website directory. Access controls restrict who can open them. An authorized viewer can still save or photograph a displayed document. Provide only what is necessary; do not include health details, identity documents or payment credentials in general enquiries.

Cookies and retention

An essential, secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to eight hours. This release does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Records are retained while needed to coordinate services, resolve issues and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Deletion requests are reviewed by our team.

Your information

Contact support@bonganasicare.com to request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You can decline optional location sharing and provide a written service area instead.
